| DescriptionThe Wilson House is a study in sophisticated western design. This home has undergone a complete remodel and refurnishing and it is perfect for a summer retreat or winter ski trip.
The large slate entry opens to a wine cellar with river rock covered walls. On the second level is a grand living area with a large river rock fire place, leather sofa, two large leather chairs with ottomans, two wicker chairs, two person rocker and a desk with chair. Floor to ceiling windows open on spectacular views of the adjacent ski runs. There is a wet bar between the living and dining area equipped with a mini fridge and an ice maker! The pampering doesn’t stop there. The adjacent dining room will seat ten people plus a game table with two lodge pole chairs off of the dining area. The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. It has a granite island with sink and a two bar stools, side by side fridge with ice and water dispenser, two ovens, microwave, wine cooler, and dishwasher. This kitchen is fully equipped to prepare an elaborate meal or a light snack.
Down the hall and through solid double doors on the main floor is a king suite. This room has doors that lead to the deck as well as house the glass tower with spiral stairs that lead to the bonus room with queen bed on the third floor. There is a decorative only fire place, two large leather chairs with ottomans, TV, double walk in closets, large master bathroom with river rock door less shower, Jacuzzi tub and double sinks. The second king suite has a bathroom with a walk-in shower and the sink is in the bedroom built into an antique chest. There are double wall closets in this room. The sitting room has a sofa, four chairs, stereo system, large screen TV and built-in desk with data port and DSL. On the third floor, the king bedroom has a comfortable chair, sliding door to a small private deck, rocker, double closets and en suite bath with separate walk in shower, large tub and double sinks. The queen bedroom opens to the bonus room with one queen bed. On the fourth floor there is a bedroom with one king bed and a set of bunk beds, TV/VCR and a decorative fireplace. There are also sliding doors to a private deck. An adjacent full bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower with body sprayers complete this level.
Spectacular deck with wood patio furniture facing Rendezvous Mountain with views of the ski runs through the wooded lot are the final note to this truly wonderful Jackson Hole property!
